Eligibility:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a graduate student, undergraduate student, or staff at an academic institution (preference to institutions in locations that simplify logistics, e.g., Canada, USA).
- Be able to cover the additional expenses related to your IROS23 participation (e.g., transportation and lodging).
- Be available between Sep. 30th and Oct. 5th.
- Be able to volunteer for at least 8 hours in a single shift or spread within multiple days.

Application deadline: July 31, 2023 (23:59:59 ET).- Acceptance notification: August 11, 2023.
