Registration for 2023 IROS is now open

Registration for Authors

Authors will receive their paper acceptance emails in late June. Authors who do not register by July 31, 2023, will have their paper removed from the program and the proceedings.

Conference registration fees include Social Events, Morning & Afternoon Coffee Breaks and Electronic Proceedings.

The Conference fees above exclude workshops, tutorials, and technical tours.

Workshop/tutorial fees include access to workshops and tutorials on both days and include coffee breaks.

Registration must be completed, and payment received by August 15, 2023, to incur the early bird rates. After this date, the rates will increase as per the table above

 

Notes

  1. Paper Uploads: To submit the final paper and all associated attachments, at least one of the authors must register in advance (see above). Authors who pay a non-student registration fee (excludes one-day registrations) are allowed to upload up to 2 contributions, and all other registrations are limited to one paper and one late breaking new or demonstration upload (excludes one-day registrations). Papers should be six pages (US letter size) in length, with up to two extra pages ($205 USD charge per extra page). The number of pages includes the references, appendices, etc. Registrations cannot be shared or used for uploading a paper for which the registrant is not an author.
  2. IEEE/RSJ/SICE Student Member: To register as a student, select the appropriate student registration category during the online registration.
  3. 1-day Passes: Are valid only on the main conference days (October 2-4).
  4. Attending both the main conference and the workshops/tutorials requires registration for both. Access to the main conference and workshops/tutorials will be strictly controlled, and only delegates with valid badges/passes will be allowed entry to the respective areas.

 

Method of Payment

Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.

Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Check
  • Wire payment

 

Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be made via email to irosregieee.org. All cancellations will be subject to a US$ 50.00 cancellation fee before September 1, 2023, 11:59pm EST. Refunds for cancellations received after September 1, 2023 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to the USA does not constitute a refund. The name on the registration can be changed without penalty

Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
